Mindfulness Meditation Groups

Join our mindfulness meditation groups, an opportunity for new and experienced meditators to practice meditation in an encouraging and friendly setting.

The leaders are experienced meditation instructors who will offer guidance and support as needed by those who attend.

About the Sessions

Each session will begin with some basic instruction in mindfulness meditation and gentle guidance during a 20-25 minute period of sitting and 10 minutes of mindful movement. The session may have a suggested theme or be open ended.

At the end of the sitting period, we’ll introduce ourselves, and have some time for discussion, which may include questions and reflections about mindfulness and meditation, as well as exploration and suggestions around bringing mindfulness into your life between sessions.

Meditation groups are donation-based. Your donation helps us fund our outreach programs teaching mindfulness and yoga to underserved populations. Suggested donation $5-$15.
