Learn to bring mindfulness and flow into all aspects of your life. This course will teach you  mindfulness techniques to manage stress, difficult situations, achieve mental clarity and peace and bring flow into your life. Each week participants will learn new ideas and practical techniques, including simple meditation practices, to be more aware and able to respond to demands at work and at home. The classes are highly interactive, fun and very practical. The class is suitable for anyone who would like to be less stressed and more present and effective in their home and work life.

What is flow? Flow is being the zone. It is those times you get so lost in your work or task at hand you forget about everything else.
