Learn the secrets to a successful, secure and loving relationship by becoming an expert on your partner and your relationship.  Gain understanding of how and why you push each others' buttons so you can let go of harmful patterns. In this workshop, couples therapists Beth Newton and Susan Orenstein will show you how to be present with each other, by tapping into your curiosity and compassion, so that intimacy can grow. This workshop is for all types of couples: whether you are dating, growing your family, an empty nester, you will learn ways to enhance your relationship through mindfulness.
